Give us the delivery details with your brief
Include the destination ZIP code, the date you need the garments in hand and whether they are going to a business, residence or event location. If an event has receiving hours or specific delivery instructions, share those before the order is finalized.
An event date and a ship date are different things. Leave room in your planning for artwork review, approvals, garment availability, production and transit.
Confirm arrangements for your order
Normal turnaround is 5–7 days after order confirmation. Share your required arrival date and destination when planning the order; confirm the delivery schedule before committing to an event date. Read our delivery FAQs for the details to prepare.
Shipping costs, available methods and timing are discussed for the specific project. Ask your representative to confirm the delivery arrangements in your quote or order correspondence. If you need split shipments, special packing or delivery to a venue, tell us in advance so we can review the request.
Distributors can use their own shipping accounts and provide their own packaging materials. Coordinate the account and packaging instructions with our team before the order is finalized. Our distributor project brief checklist helps keep customer requirements together.

Tracking or delivery questions
For an existing shipment, email [email protected] with your order reference, delivery destination and any tracking number you have. Describe the question or issue and include photographs of damaged packaging or garments where relevant.
