Keep the client’s requirements in focus
You know the customer, the event and the impression they want to make. We help work through the apparel and print details: garment choices, artwork, placement, quantities and timing. A clear brief makes it easier to keep those decisions aligned.
We are a Foral-T company based in Pittstown, New Jersey. Distributor relationships are central to our work, alongside apparel projects for businesses, groups and teams.
Distributors can supply their own garments, provide packaging materials and use their own shipping accounts. Send those details with the brief so we can coordinate the order. Our distributor FAQs explain what to include.
A useful distributor project brief
- Garments: style numbers if known, colors, sizes and quantities.
- Decoration: the artwork, print locations and requested dimensions.
- Approvals: who will review the artwork and confirm the order details.
- Timing: the event date, required arrival date and shipping destination.
- Delivery instructions: any packing, labeling or shipment needs for us to review before quoting.
Flag special requirements early. Our normal turnaround is 5–7 days after order confirmation. Share the required arrival date as well, so we can confirm the full schedule and delivery arrangements for the specific job.
Combining several garment styles for one client? Our mixed-garment order guide shows how to organize each variant and its artwork approval.
Move from brief to approval
Before production, make sure the garment selection, size breakdown and final artwork tell the same story. A customer may approve a design concept before approving its exact size or placement; record those decisions separately so nothing is left to assumption.
Our artwork guide and promotional-shirt planning guide can help you gather the details.
